I love it!

What are the best aspects of this product?

Chief Architect is something you’ll just love. It’s incredible and got so many great things to offer. I can create realistic 3-dimensional images and show them to my clients with so much ease. Learning how the software works was a breeze, thanks to their online and live training videos as well as incredible support. Their team is amazing and always there to assist you along the way. There’s also a huge community of product followers who we can turn to for tips and more resources. On top of that, the product just keeps on getting better and better. They release product updates introducing new functionalities yearly!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have been using Chief Architect for more than a decade now and there have been a lot of changes and improvements. The constant updates are great but can pose challenges to old users. We have to constantly learn stuff so it would be nice if there are comprehensive and easy to follow guides so we don’t have to spend a significant amount of time and effort figuring things out on our own. Aside from that, I also have issues with Raytrace renderings. Generating those takes time (if I’m the only one who’s experiencing this, perhaps the problem is not on the system rather on my outdated computer)

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to show our clients our building plans in a much better way. The 3d images make it easier for them to understand our proposal and visualize their spaces. But our clients are not the only ones who love it. Even our subcontractors and carpenters also like the plans created using this platform because it shows them exactly what to do.
