PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The most important thing about this application is,
It's requiring very less training.
It's intuitive and very fast.
After initial few weeks, you require less support.
Software updates are almost every alternate week.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The third party api ecosystem is limited but could have been improved to have more options.
They could have provided more customization options but at low cost of the product it's value for money.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would suggest GST api for one-click gst returns filing.

It has helped us in internal communication, customer follow-ups, inventory management, sales and purchase activities, accounting and mass communication.
