PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Because of the communication tools, our congregation is much closer since everyone is connected. Finding their contact information is easy as well since we only have to type a portion of their name and the search results include them. What's more, it has a member-facing portal that lets members manage their information, contributions, and access the public calendar for activities.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is challenging to navigate CCB, especially at the start. One wrong configuration and everything falls apart. Fortunately, their customer service is understanding and helpful so we can fix issues immediately.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

CCB has saved us from mailing contribution statements periodically since members can access their contributions record and export them by themselves. Communication in the congregation is better now too as we have access to everyone's contact info.
