CCB is always listening to their users and you can see this in the features and modifications they roll out. It's not just about the function, too, they also take care to implement design suggestions that work. On top of it all, they are always working to make the solution mobile-friendly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They are working on upgrading every aspect of the software but they are doing it slowly. So some parts are up-to-date and the others are old and slow.
