What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like best about Church Community Builder is its innovativeness. There is always something new in every update. In fact, there were huge improvements in the user-friendliness of particular modules that has enabled members of our church, regardless of their age, to use the app without problems. You can see from the updates that this solution is going in the right direction, technologically wise. On top of that, the software has an excellent customer support team that you can count on anytime.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some updates were slow to roll out so we had to be creative in working around them. However, once the updates were finished, we went back to working normally so it is not much of a problem.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have a large church and Church Community Builder has helped us organized it. It has even saved our staff plenty of hours. What's more, we can easily see how involved our members are in our ministry.
