What are the best aspects of this product?
The member and event tracking capabilities of CCB are the best features for me. They are very helpful in organizing events and in taking attendance. Other modules are also very comprehensive and intuitive.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The mail merge function is very limited and it requires a bit of coding to make them easy on the eyes. It would be nice if CCB can upgrade this to make it more like Mail Chimp.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Being the head of the congregation, I need to be in contact with the members. CCB has helped me do that since I can access their information easily. The app has also helped us with the donations and the payments for tickets to conference and events. And since we can connect it with Pushpay, our financial processes are more streamlined.
