What are the best aspects of this product?
The user-friendly interface of CCB is the best feature it has because it allows us to complete our tasks without much difficulty. I also like that it centralizes church and member data so we can manage everything from a single window from member profiles to giving options. It is also nice to see that CCB is always improving and that they incorporate user feedback in their updates.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The process queue feature is not the best and some members of our church find it difficult to use.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
CCB is mobile-friendly so we can check people's information directly from our mobile devices. It also has a fast report generation that helps us in a cinch.
