What are the best aspects of this product?
CCB is a multi-functional church management tool with a user-friendly interface that allows everyone to familiarize themselves with it in a breeze. One other thing I like about this software is its ability to display the church's performance in reports.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It can be difficult to maximize CCB because of its steep learning curve. Plus, customer service is not as excellent as I thought because they are slow to respond to issues. On top of everything else, the mobile application is not very responsive.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
CCB has made our church more connected through its communication tools. Because of it, regardless of age, members are aware of activities and other things.
