What are the best aspects of this product?
I like how we can connect CCB with other solutions like Constant Contact easily. The digital contact book is also a dream coz it lets us find people fast.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
CCB is not as intuitive as I wish it to be and it can be clunky in some aspects.

With CCB, we have every member's contact information within reach so we do not have a hard time communicating with everyone.
