PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I think that Churchteams’ support team deserves special mention. They have been very helpful and are always ready to respond to any issue or comment that I would send their way. I feel valued as a client, a rare thing in this fast-paced industry. As far as the tool itself is concerned, I love how it really opens up communication between its users.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be nice if the developers would add more tools to Churchteams’ toolbox. This is not so much as an issue but a suggestion, of course. At the end of the day, we have determined Churchteams to be the best fit for our community.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Sending out communications to our church members has been a lot easier with Churchteams. We’ve also been able to keep tabs on our members through this tool.
