What are the best aspects of this product?

First of all, the Text-to-Church feature is really worth looking into. It makes communication so much more convenient. With it, users don’t have to go through so many extra steps just to confirm their attendance on church events and programs. On the side of the admin, keeping tabs of the attendees are so much easier too. As a cherry on top, this tool is backed by a great team of customer service reps too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

What’s not to love? I don’t have any issues with Churchteams at the moment.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Churchteams has been helpful in keeping a database of our members and organizing events within our community. We’ve also been able to guide our youth better because they are more responsive through this cloud-based program.
