PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

One thing that I love about this program is that this is mostly cloud-based. All I have to do is to log-in online, and I will have everything I need on its dashboard. The developers are also constantly updating Churchteam's features so I don't have to worry about an obsolete program. To top it all off, it's a relatively cheap tool too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The reports can still be improved, if you ask me. And because its platform is mostly online, it can take some time getting used to. Additionally, the support team isn't always thorough with their solutions. They often suggest a work-around on most issues rather than solving the root of the problem.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's been a lot easier for us to confirm the attendance of our church events. Getting out information across all members of the church has been easier too.
