What are the best aspects of this product?

This is one of the most customizable tools in the market. I’m really impressed with its features, and even more with its support team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The graphics are not as modernized as I think they should be. But this doesn’t really hamper with its uses so it’s not so much of a big deal for me.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It’s been so much easier to keep track of our community membership. Our events are better organized too because our members can confirm their attendance ahead of time. I think these are the two main benefits of this program.
