Really impressive tool–and an even more impressive team backing it up!

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how easily customizable Churchteams is. This has provided really good support to us ever since day 1. It is the perfect mix of function and affordability, two things that we are really conscious of in our community. Plus, they have a really good team of customer support too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

As with practically any IT solution available in the market, it takes a little while for most of our church members to understand the program fully. But once they put in the effort to understand the functionalities, everything just comes easy after.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’ve managed to trim down on the steps in event registrations. With just a few clicks of a button, attendances can be confirmed and listed down on our sheets. We’ve also managed to positively impact the number of donations to the church through Churchteams.
