What are the best aspects of this product?
One thing that I really love about this tool is its flexibility. The developers really pay attention to their users’ needs and suggestions. If you send them a message with a complaint or a suggestion, you can expect them to roll out changes as soon as they are able. It’s very impressive and validating, to be honest.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don’t have any complaints with regards to this tool. I would, however, appreciate it if it would be easier to edit the information that we have on our church members. Divorces and name changes are unavoidable so it would be useful to easily update contact details.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Communication between church members is now much easier. Through Churchteams, distributing information is no longer a problem. All we have to do is post details online and the community would be prompted of the update. It’s all very convenient.
