What are the best aspects of this product?
The onboarding for Cin7 was one of the best we've experienced. Gerard is very accomodating with all our inquiries plus the shift from our old inventory system to Cin7 was seamless. To make things more ideal, the system is very flexible. It has nested BOMS and tools for international trade, as well as, easy integration to Quickbooks.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would appreciate it if they were to add more standard reports like that of scrapped inventory, supplier evaluation, etc.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were able to improve our inventory tracking in general. Cin 7 helped us out a lot.
