What are the best aspects of this product?
Cin7 takes the load off our personnel when it comes to managing our inventories. Because so much manual work has been off-loaded into this solution, we are now able to focus more on the growth of the business—particularly in sales and marketing. I really like how their support team is so hands-on too. Ever since day 1 of the setup, they’ve continuously extended help. If we had any questions, they were always available and ready to answer our questions.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Cin7 can take some time to get used to. However, if any question does arise, you can count on their team to respond to your questions.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
You really get your money’s worth with Cin7. They have helped us manage our inventories, even taking virtual stocking to the next level! We’ve been able to use it as integration with our other solutions too.
