What are the best aspects of this product?

Cin7 is very comprehensive. It has everything we need for inventory management which is totally awesome. Plus, they gave me one of the best onboarding experience. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be hard to learn how to use the system at first. But once you've got the hang of it, it is quite simple.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helped us manage our inventory a great deal. Truly, a life saver!
