What are the best aspects of this product?

It is a secure VPN service that allows you to connect your device to a remotely secured program. The servers are always available so it's pretty convenient. There's an admin command tool that saves my IP address as well as login credentials so you don't have to enter them every time I log in.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You need to use token to populate secure codes.
