Cisco Anyconnect Pros and Cons

What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool provides many pros including but not limited to the flexible design, ease of use (even those who aren't tech-savvy will more likely find it easy and simple to use), incredible features like the web inspection, and remote access. It is also very secure. Aside from the login credentials, you need an OTP (the system sends this to your mobile phone) in order to log in. Generally, it is reliable, just like any other Cisco product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I get disconnected after being in the network for a certain period of time. And it already happened multiple times. But I am not yet sure if this is really a problem with the product or there's just something wrong with my device or account.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The bandwidth is amazing and the subsequent connections after storing passwords and usernames are easy. Overall, I had an amazing experience using this tool. I did encounter some problem but they are no big deal.
