What are the best aspects of this product?

This VPN client is pretty good. We can access our office networks using the device we have (it supports mobile devices and desktops) even while we're away from our workplace. It is very useful especially when I'm working in the field or at home and needs to access important resources. Also, its user interface is very user-friendly. We preconfigure the setting so we can now re-connect with ease. On top of that, it is very secured. It has a firewall and the connection is encrypted.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Had problems with connection stability. The connection drops frequently.

I can access our company resources from the outside without worrying about possible security breaches. Been a huge help in boosting my productivity.
