Helpful tool when working in a different country

What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like best about this service is the connection stability. I'm working abroad as a web developer and this tool has helped me stay connected to our company's main server seamlessly for a long time without any problem.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Every time we lose internet connection on our main server, the IP address changes so the device I'm using gets disconnected. In order to re-connect, the IP address needs to be changed. The problem is, I'm far from our main server so I wasn't able to view the new address.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The company I'm working with is based in the States. I'm deployed out of the country. With the aid of this tool, I get the job done smoothly.
