I can access our business server and db even when I’m away from the office

What are the best aspects of this product?

It’s secured. We’re able to work with confidential and important client-related information without having to worry about security problems.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I cannot put my computer to sleep otherwise I’ll be disconnected from our organization’s database, server and tooling and will have to re-connect as well as sign back on to all the apps I was using. But since I also have to take a break from work, I cannot avoid going through all the fuss which is pretty annoying and somehow time-consuming.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I don’t have to be in the office in order to access our company’s data and get stuff done. With this service, I’m able to work remotely and save a lot of time since I don’t have to drive or commute to work.
