PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that it's lightweight. We have Cisco Anyconnect running in 4GB machines and so far we haven't had any problems with it. We've been using this for about 2 years and we never have seen it freeze. The connection is stable. And it provides incredible capabilities. It allows users to import AD credentials to its configuration, eliminating the need to make more accounts just to access the virtual private network.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I cannot think of anything that can be considered a drawback.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It gave us better service. The VPN service we have been using before switching to this solution gave us a lot of headaches. It froze just after using it for a few hours. And in order to make it work again, we have to reset everything and it is time-consuming and inconvenient. So we're glad to have Cisco Anyconnect because it's reliable.
