First, it let us connect seamlessly to our company network. Second, it does not consume many resources. Third, it is secured. It got a 2-factor authentication. The verification code can be sent via SMS to the respective mobile number.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In order to complete the 2-factor authentication, you will need a companion APP. The problem with it is that it can drain your mobile device's battery too fast. My colleagues who have tried it have already warned me about it but I didn't listen to them. I still install it despite the warnings and it's one of the wrong decisions I have made in my life.
