Great product and support

What are the best aspects of this product?

We have tried other similar software and this one is the most user-friendly. We use this along with our other Meraki software. It allows us to easily manage applications on our devices. It has an excellent command-line tool and features for remote access and inventory. It also works seamlessly with the systems manager. We appreciate the fact that it is cloud-based and easily accessible. Its support team is also doing a good job.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We think the software has not yet reached its full potential. Its performance is not consistent across various types of devices. There are also still features that need to be added or improved.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Meraki Systems is an effective solution for both monitoring and ensuring security across our devices. We very much appreciate its compatibility with Mac OS which our previous solutions didn't support.
