Meraki has a lot of great features

What are the best aspects of this product?

This software has a simple and intuitive UI design and is equipped with many functionalities. It is easy to use for device check and restriction control. It also allows for adding devices easily.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This works well for our iOS devices but not for our Apple devices. We encounter a lot of technical issues during the deployment process and had to troubleshoot often when using this with macOS. However, this particular issue does not only occur with Meraki. We experienced the same thing while using similar software. We think this has to do more with macOS than Meraki.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Meraki allows us to enjoy a smooth workflow. It gives us the capacity to make the necessary corrections on our processes and ensure the protection of our company devices.
