What are the best aspects of this product?

We like its cloud environment and the fact that it is easy to get started with using it. It gives us control of our devices and protects us from various risks. It has features for updating, running command prompts on, and fetching screenshots from our devices.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Improvements should be done to the software's location tracking feature. It relies entirely on GPS and therefore useless if this location service is switched off on the device.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Meraki enables us to track and monitor devices and manage the user database. It also lets us know when our users are experiencing technical issues and therefore allows us to respond with support quickly. Finally, it gives us a comprehensive report of all our devices.
