What are the best aspects of this product?
Onboarding, Charge Capture, and Support Team.
The onboarding process was so smooth and simple compared to our prior software. The team at Claimocity is a real pleasure to work with and they are responsive around the clock. The learning curve was much shorter than expected as the app is really well designed and easy to use and make so much sense the way they are put together. The charge capture was a much bigger win than we thought, and saves HUGE amounts of time.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It's rare you find a software company that doesn't have glaring downsides but Claimocity is literally strengths across the board. They are constantly tinkering and improving so the app is updating weekly but the thoughtful improvements that come with each update make it worth it.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I can't wait for voice control of the AI like Siri or Google Assistant. I've been told it is in the works.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were primarily paper billing and at the end of each week the doctors would submit their stacks. This process has eliminated all of that completely. Revenue has spiked. The headaches are gone. No one really knew where they stood through the month as far as what they had earned or completed. It's all just so easy to access and fully transparent now. I see the physicians checking the claim tracker daily, and looking in Practice IQ to see how many encounters they had this month and what the revenue from them is, how the RVUs are stacking up, and so on.

Why did you decide to change it?
The prior software was good but not great, and there were a number of issues that from what I understand, relate to the software being designed for doctors in general rather than hospitalists or hospital-centric physicians. So our executives have told us to keep an eye out for options for awhile. When we saw Claimocity and ran through several layers of demos and meetings, we came away very impressed and were told to go ahead and implement.
