What are the best aspects of this product?

ClearBooks drives transparency and an integrated accounting system. I love how there's a single control panel that gives us an overview of the state of our finances. Plus, this gives me pretty accurate insight into the current assets and all pending schedules too. Not to mention, it allows me to automate my payments to save time and prevent lapses. I also find its interface very easy to navigate. The billing module is particularly useful in reconciling bank accounts and gathering bank statements data. Its search function is second to none and it can help me generate reports within a matter of minutes. Lastly, I like that this is based on the cloud so I can access it anytime I need information regarding my finances.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Seeing that this is cloud-based, one has to constantly be connected online to access its data. I sometimes struggle with the creation of invoices too because the template suddenly freezes and it forces me to start at the beginning. There's no autosave feature as well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I've been using this program for a couple of years now and it has helped me in more ways than one. It's very accessible and convenient, especially for someone like me who's always on the move. It has a great mobile app and I think it's great that two users (or more) can access it at the same time. The dashboard also provides me with an accurate picture of my current financial affairs and helps me plan my next business moves.
