What are the best aspects of this product?

Tracking down invoices and outstanding expenses have been a lot easier with ClearBooks spearheading this cause. Creating invoices is now faster and more accurate too. We've also been able to customize our templates. So far, this has been the most user-friendly accounting program that we have used. It allows us to customize our reports and all other documents that we need for our business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We've had some difficulty in creating invoices using ClearBooks. Plus, we think that its price could stand to be lowered a bit--right now it's not accessible for small-time business owners. There are some facets of the program that are hard to understand as well. When we try to reach out to their customer service, they're not as helpful as we need them to be too. Lastly, the program seems to crash intermittently and is quite slow.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is perfect for straightforward businesses. Through it, we've been able to run our accounting operations and keep our information safe and secure within the system.
