What are the best aspects of this product?

I think it's great that this is cloud-based and can allow me to control and access my accounting information from one central control panel. It's well-integrated and accessible. It also even lets me pre-schedule my pending payments so that I won't miss any of them. There's a templated billing system, but I like how it makes room for customization as well. And lastly, it keeps a safe record of all my assets, customer information, and sales.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In terms of features, I don't think I have any complaints. Perhaps my only beef with ClearBooks is that it doesn't give much room for customizations.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Through ClearBooks, we've been able to consolidate all of our accounting data into one, robust program. This has saved us a lot of time and money.
