What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how user-friendly this program is. We use this to send and create invoices, keep track of our current billings, and so much more. It's a sophisticated solution that is set in the backdrop of a simple interface. Through it, we've been able to personalize our invoices and apply our own branding to them. Not to mention, they also offer free training to help us make the most out of their product. They also appointed a dedicated account manager to address all of the issues that may come up as we're using it. We've been able to teach this to all of our employees, while still safeguarding important details by imposing access levels.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'd have to say that ClearBooks has been an absolute pleasure to work with. So far, it hasn't given us any major problems. Even then, I'm pretty sure that our account manager can help us solve whatever issue may come up.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Creating invoices, tracking bills, and extracting financial reports have all been a breeze ever since we started using ClearBooks.
