ATS is an excellent applicant tracking solution!

What are the best aspects of this product?

I have already used three ATS by the time I found Clear Company and no doubt it is the most user friendly, spontaneous and effective solution to all my issues. The whole team, whether it’s marketing, launch or maintenance are smart, ready to help and very reliable. We launched this summer and from then onwards we have been really happy. The whole team is a joy to work with. Clear Company is proactive as it has already incorporated the suggestions we gave. The regular training process and their support have made a huge difference in our hiring department.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Being a new user, I have nothing but praises for Clear Company but I would also really appreciate if there will be a scheduler operation.

Clear Company ATS is providing us with certain organizational tools and techniques to organize our hiring process in a more effective and smart way. Our hiring rate of worthy candidates has increased.
