What are the best aspects of this product?

The best thing is that I can access my implementation coordinator any time via phone or email. Colin was always there and had the answers to all my queries.
The set up was done quickly and without any hassle, the whole team was very welcoming and open to the suggestions given by me. The application is very simple to use and actually has some fascinating reporting features. The training classes were free of cost and I could take them as many times.
When I talk to Colin, I feel a valued client, not just any another customer. He knows me very well and doesn’t have to look at the records whenever I call him.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing that I don’t like about it. I am very happy with the product and simplicity of its use

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We substituted other brand’s ATS with Clear Company as it provides us the desired support and training.
