What are the best aspects of this product?
This software has given me the ability to tailor the workflow phases for my candidates. I have seen many applicant tracking softwares which have very standardized steps and sometimes many of them are outdated or not suitable for the type of organization you have. Such systems leave you wondering in which category you have to place a certain candidate.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wish there was something more in the candidate communication aspect. There could be something like a tab on the candidate’s main profile which would show any type of correspondence from candidate’s side. Now you have to check every correspondence with the candidate to check for any further email which actually makes you think of using the regular email which doesn’t maintain any record.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Clear Company helps me to keep a track of those candidates which I have put on hold due to unavailability of positions at that moment. I would actually love to have all the details of such candidates at one place and it is easy to get hold of them whenever required. With ClearCompany now I can keep information of all the candidates in customize folders and access them whenever required with the help of search feature of ClearCompany.
