What are the best aspects of this product?
The main characteristic of Clear Company which proved to be most beneficial for me is the fact that it can do cross posting of jobs on multiple job boards. I normally also use the option of forwarding and sharing the candidates’ profiles with the other hiring manager who are added in their system.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
One thing I would like to alter in the Clear Company is its Workflow phases. Sometimes it is really hard to steer when so many hiring managers are working on the same application. The grading system doesn’t fit with the Workflow phases. For instance, if a candidate is graded as ‘X’ in the Workflow phase, the application should send an automatic reply to candidate rejecting them from moving further.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Clear Company has enabled us to go PAPERLESS at all the locations. It has also helped us to sort out a number of matters which were very common as a number of hiring managers used to work in diverse locations and regions.
