What are the best aspects of this product?

Before I worked with other platforms like it. The biggest difference is their support. They were amazing from the get go. There was never an inquiry or request that they couldn't answer and find a suitable solution for.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

From time to time, their financial system fraud detecting capablity can be too restrictive. This caused a lot of issues with our loyal customers. We badly miss their confidential payment methods (ex. Paysafecard).

We're currently offering privacy as-a-service in term of a VPN platform. Ever since we collaborted with cleverbridge, we significantly enhanced our user experience. Our customers love how it works. A great thing to have really.
