PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

cleverbridge has been a big upgrade from the other system that we used. The customer-facing service is nothing short of excellent. It's a jump from our older storefront-and-backend platform. Converting currency is a thing in the past as it's precise in terms of its current rates.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There were certain customers who had a hard time making use of coupons. They struggled with other things as well. But then again. This could be an isolated incident for users.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were in need of moving from a model that makes software releases yearly. We wanted a platform where users can only pay one time. The system had to be something were users can "rent-to-own" a platform. Cleverbridges did a tremendous job streamlining everything together: security, gathering of revenues, and management of currencies.
