What are the best aspects of this product?

I have 4 years wonderful experience with CleverBridge, it is compilation of German engineering and wonderful US customer service. We love the flexible and friendly design of its e-commerce platform, we get thorough client service by the CMs, and even the best service from their support team. I am really happy we choose this product, it’s the best decision we’ve ever made.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing to dislike. At the beginning I was a little frustrating on how to run this program and it made me think whether I made the right decision or not, but as I said this is the best decision I’ve ever made. Everything works fine.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are specialized in PC optimization and we use this program as an eCommerce platform in order get customers from all around the world, our goal is to reach 120 countries. With CleverBridge we know that our clients can pay for our products easily, securely and quickly. It helps us to increase our sales and revenue.

Yes
