ClicData – A very challanging visualuization tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

Well, frankly speaking, it provides pre-assembled charts which is a good thing I suppose like the funnel or pie/donut chart. Also, the color schemas are also good which makes the dashboard look catchy and inquisitive.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

well, where do I start? if one is coming from using a tool like Tableau, one will face a lot of issues in many areas.
1. The tooltip is not customizable at all.
2. Filters are quite difficult to apply any sort, as sorting does not have the option to sort a field on the basis of another field.
3. Charts although pre-made are limited.
4. The server becomes very slow with a large data set and as it is a cloud software not much can be done about that. Everything depends on the respective network speed.
These are some of the total issues that are there in this software.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Well, they should probably take a look at tableau and try to add some of its key features that are missing here.
