What are the best aspects of this product?
It's cheap
i'm honestly just writing more to get to the minimum word count because I literally cannot think of anything else
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
- Forms are ugly and customization is limited, fundraising pages have almost no customization
- Confusing to use & terrible documentation
- Support takes weeks to answer basic questions
- Sync to Salesforce is very limited and hard to set up, sometimes just doesn't work at all and creates tons of Temporary Contacts instead of syncing to existing contacts
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I'd like it to have actual documentation and not be super confusing to use. Also the forms need a lot more customization ability, especially the peer to peer fundraising. Also the integration with salesforce needs to actually work (it doesn't even create campaigns!).
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Integration with Salesforce. I got it to work after a lot of trial and error, but it was very difficult and still unreliable
