What are the best aspects of this product?

When I first started using ClickCease, I have no idea what to do and how to incorporate it into my business. I have to express my gratitude to the team behind this product for their incredible support. They're fantastic and professional, as always.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes the origin of the clicks doesn't match with the info sent on the reports. The click would indicate that it came from California, but its actually from a different state. This is an issue if the clicker is using a VPN. I wish that ClickCease can find ways to monitor the clicks' real-time location so it would be easier to request an investigation.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm no longer intimidated by my competitors because I'm now a few steps ahead of them. Also, ClickCease doesn't require me to spend hours in front of my laptop, monitoring fake PPCs because it does its job efficiently. That's why I'm no longer worried about my competitors from other places.
