What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that ClickFunnels is pretty much affordable and flexible to our needs as business owners. I can choose a perfect depending package/plan depending on the number of funnels that I need to create each month. I’ve been creating funnels for our product sales and our FAQ’, after-sales, and customer service. It’s like hitting two birds with one stone

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You need to invest more time into learning how ClickFunnels works so you would be able to use it to its full extent. I was able to learn how to solve some issues by watching videos on my own.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Besides earning more sales with our current products, I am also making extra with their affiliate program. Not bad at all.
