The best part of this app is that it's free, even though it has a lot of functions and super easy to use! We can create different task listings for every department and unit.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope there's a way to filter the task status -- what's overdue, what's almost due. We also wish it has 6 free spaces.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Managing remote workers is a bit of a challenge, but with ClickUp, it becomes easier to monitor their tasks and progress.
