What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the user interface. It's really user-friendly. The app also gets the job done -- adding tasks -- in just a matter of few clicks.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish there's a faster way to edit the task. Right now we have to click and select edit before we can do so. I wish we could edit it right away just upon clicking the text.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We no longer use a confusing whiteboard to monitor our tasks/progress. We now have a compact system wherein we get to see the processes and status of our tasks.
