Feature packed but almost impossible to navigate

Feature packed - especially the Mind Map and Box views
Great integrations

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Very cluttered UI - an information tsunami
Cloud syncing for updates is patchy
No background colors anywhere, so it's tough to get info from a quick view
Only white background makes it hard to note board status and other details
UI sizing is horrid. Using macOS zoom is the only option, which makes it slightly usable in some views only
Important buttons are hidden away in vague corners, too small to notice
Vast gulfs of space that can't be resized
No Teams integration as a tab
Mobile app pales in comparison to competition

Teams integration as a tab
Background color options for entire view and FOR EACH CARD in Kanban view

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

None. But it does have a lot of promise and we hope to return.
