What are the best aspects of this product?

It's a great management tool, but it's also an amazing tool to organize your virtual workspace! It's easy to use and the easy integration with Google apps makes it even better than its competitors.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish they could make the Google Calendar integration bi-directional -- meaning a task made in ClickUp will be added to Google Calendar. I also wish it could map perfectly with GTD.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Managing all tasks for work, responsibilities at home and my personal projects are really challenging and overwhelming. ClickUp made it possible to manage everything in a single platform.
