What are the best aspects of this product?

ClickUp offers a user-friendly experience. It has a great layout which makes it enjoyable to use. I love that every task can be linked to the profile of the user (assignee). We could also link it to the community profiles of our prospective customers. My team and I can also communicate in-app.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I had some problems with its integration with Gmail.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

ClickUp has been helpful in evaluating the progress of every team member. It was hard to do it before. This, among other ClickUp features, has been really beneficial to my team in terms of project management and internal communications.
