What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that this app can be integrated with Slack! It definitely makes our communication with the team so much easier. It's also super easy to use which makes the onboarding and learning process for new members a lot faster.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It doesn't have a stand-alone app. We have to access it through a browser.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Monitoring our tasks is a piece of cake now with ClickUp.
